The board of directors of Bank of Baroda (Uganda) Limited (the “Company”) hereby notifies its shareholders and the general public that Mr Debadatta Chand has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company effective 12 February 2024 (pursuant to Rule 36(2)(h) of the Uganda Securities Exchange Rules Book 2021) by reason of his elevation to the position of global managing director of Bank of Baroda India.
