The board of directors of Quality Chemical Industries Limited is pleased to announce that it has approved the payment of an interim dividend of shs1.6 per share based on the availability of retained earnings, a strong cash flow position and an expected improvement in performance.
The record date for the dividend is 29 February 2024 and payment to shareholders will be made on or before 15 March 2024.
