Coronavirus: NIC Holdings postpones results

NIC Holdings has said it is postponing the release of its 2019 results due to delays caused by the lockdown instituted to control the spread of the Covid-19 coronavirus.

The insurance group said in a short statement that the Covid-19 pandemic has affected all its business activities, including the completion of the audit of its 2019 financials which were expected by 30 April.

“The audited financial statements are expected to be published in June 2020,” the statement said.
