Anne Juuko, the chief executive of Stanbic Bank Uganda, has been appointed as the regional head of global markets, East Africa, at the Standard Bank Group effective 1 April, a role in which she will oversee seven markets.
In her new role, Ms Juuko will report to Patrick Mweheire, the regional chief executive, whom she replaced as chief executive of Stanbic Uganda in 2020.
The bank said it will announce her replacement in due course.
