Mr Damulira is the under secretary/accounting officer, Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development (privatisation and investment). He is an accomplished professional with vast experience and professional skills in accounting, project planning and management, policy analysis, economic management, resource, and environmental economics, among others.
