The board of directors of Bank of Baroda (Uganda) Limited hereby notifies its shareholders and the general public of the appointment of Mr Tyagi Lalit as a non-executive director of the bank with effect from 05 February 2024 (pursuant to Rule 36(2)(h) of the Uganda Securities Exchange Listing Rules 2021).
