In accordance with Rule 36(2) and 54 of the Uganda Securities Exchange Listing Rules 2021, the board of Quality Chemical Industries Limited wishes to inform shareholders and the general public of the resignation of the Company Secretary, Ms Doreen Awanga, with effect from 29 February 2024.
The board expresses its sincere appreciation to Ms Awanga for her commitment, dedication, and support to the company during her tenure. The company wishes her well in her future endeavours.
